Brooke's love of hair design began at a very young age. Even back then, her friends relied on her talents to create the perfect look for them. After graduating from Michael Taylor Institure of Hair Design, and receiving her cosmetology license in 1997, Brooke held an apprenticeship in Boulder for a year. In 1999, she began building her client base at a salon in Broomfield and remained there until finding her home at Salon TAO. Brooke loves the "downtown feel" of Salon TAO, where she enjoys learning and growing with trends, but still keeps her heart wrapped around those wonderful classic styles. Building client relationships and making her clients feel more confident, attractive, and ultimately happier, is what drives Brooke's success. "Beauty comes from the inside out," is what brooke always says, "but it certainly helps to have a good hair day!" When not at Salon Tao, Brooke spends her time with her husband, Rick, raising their two beautiful children, Tatum and Henry.
